At Foster Finance we believe that loan products should be easy to understand, easy to access and allow you peace of mind.

We want you to think of us as a professional resource in the same way you think of your accountant, financial planner or solicitor (but without the fees!). We are in the business of building ongoing relationships with our clients and to think of your best interests, not those of the bank.

We will work with your solicitor and real estate agent during your purchasing process, while ensuring we keep you up to date so that you always feel in control of the transaction.

Please feel free to call the office any time – we are here to help you in any way we can.

Dear Will,

Thank you for everything! We have now pretty much settled into our new home and after 7 years of living in cramped teacher housing, we are loving the space.

Your help and expertise and the professional way in which you handled our business is greatly appreciated. All our questions and queries were all handled is such a quick and professional manner and nothing every seemed like it was too much bother. We seemed to breeze through our build.
I do believe that we couldn’t have secured the loan without your help.

Many thanks again, if we are ever in the position to need financial advice and assistance, I’ll definitely be calling you again.

To Whom It May Concern

Will Foster has been a true partner and friend to my wife and I over the past 4 years. We wouldn’t talk to anyone else if buying property and we cannot recommend them more highly.

They have financed all of our 4 properties. Not only did they get us the best interest deal but their skill and creativity made the deals happen when our own bank said “no”. They know property, the law, and the banks and when our last transaction involved a sale, a purchase and transferring the security of an existing loan… they engineered the entire transaction and coached the bank and our lawyers on what to do.

What really sets them apart is their passion and customer service. From phone calls at all hours if needed or meeting you with documents on a train platform – their calm and informed advice takes the stress out of buying your property.

We thought you guys were great. We were listened to and no question was made to feel unnecessary or silly. We appreciated the plain English explanations of how the mortgage and offet accounts were going to work. Also not having to deal with the banks directly and sort through their red-tape made it all so much easier.
