Director

Will has been involved in the financial services industry since 1999, when he joined the Commonwealth Bank as a Commerce Graduate from the University of Canberra. In 2004 Will became a mortgage broker, and since then he has helped hundreds of people to access finance to assist with their property and investment goals.

Sam Mullens

Credit Advisor

Sam has been a part of Foster Finance since 2014, where he worked closely with Will in loan processing, loan maintenance, and client services. In 2016 Sam became a Mortgage Broker and has since helped Foster Finance clients access credit for purchasing property, refinancing and asset finance. Sam has completed his Cert IV and Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).

Mel Mangan

Client Services Manager

Mel joined our team in 2016 after 6 years’ experience in the finance industry as an Executive Assistant.  Mel holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration, Diploma in Business Marketing and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking. With a great attention to detail, Mel is a friendly point of call who overseas the process of all loan applications.

Alongside our Director Will Foster, Mel will assist in providing stress-free guidance throughout the loan application. From negotiating approvals with credit teams, requesting the best possible pricing for clients, arranging signing of loan documents and managing the client services team, Mel ensures each loan is progressing through the settlement process as quickly as possible.

Emily Maharjan

Emily has been with Foster Finance since December 2017. Emily is a BBA Graduate specialising in finance. Emily came to us with almost 6 months experience in the mortgage broking industry after working in customer service, banking and administration.

From application submission through to settlement, Emily has great customer service skills and strives on providing customers with the best possible experience. Along with the rest of the team at Foster Finance, Emily will assist with any questions or concerns through your loan process.

Nawang Shakya

Client Services

Nawang joined our team at the start of 2018 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Nawang was previously working in investment banking and has a strong skill set in finance, looking to grow his knowledge of the Mortgage Broking industry.

Specialising in customer service, Nawang looks after client applications from submission through to post settlement liaising with lenders, clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and positive outcome for all. Sally Mutton

Client Services

Sally has been an integral part of the Foster Finance team since 2014 focusing on communications, mortgage support and servicing clients.  Sally worked in the Public Relations industry for many years before joining Foster Finance.

Working closely with Will she has further expanded her knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial management and mortgage broking. In addition to her experience, Sally has completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and her Diploma in Financial Services.
